Chamber of Commerce board of directors 2012 nominations
The Edmonton Chamber of Commerce is gearing up for 2012 with the nominations and elections process for its Board of Directors.
The Nominating Committee is currently putting together a full slate for each open position and will forward their slate for candidates standing for election as a part of the election ballot. In addition to this process, the membership is welcome to submit “nominations from the floor.”
The membership has until Nov. 1, 2011 to submit nominations to the Chamber office. Each submission needs at least five members in good standing to complete the nomination.
If required, the nominating committee will mail out ballots to the membership. The ballot, containing biographical information on each candidate, must be received at the Chamber office no later than Dec. 19, 2011.
