A signature event series, Meet the Maker, connects you with the people behind Edmonton-born businesses that are members of the Edmonton Chamber of Commerce. During this year's Small Business Week, you can hear from the SYC Brewing Co. founders, see their facility, and learn and sample their products, all while connecting with the Edmonton business community in a relaxed and informal setting.

After touring their unique taproom and learning how this local craft brewery is conquering their pursuit of hoppiness, you can network the night away while sampling your new favourite drafts!

Space is limited, so register now as spots will fill up quickly!

How can you ensure your brand is clearly defined and attracting the right audience? It's simple. Your brand must go beyond just a logo—you've got to tell a story, you've got to connect with your community, and you've got to answer one question to consumers; why should I support this?

Our friends at zag will share insights on what you can do to connect with your audience authentically and genuinely, how to listen to what people are saying about your brand, and how to finesse each touchpoint you have with your customer to ensure it's positive. This informative 'How-To' will give you an understanding of how to be your own best steward and how to look beyond sales and focus on things that create long-term value, and ultimately, success.
