Dear Edmonton Chamber Members,

At the Edmonton Chamber of Commerce, we know that every dollar you invest in your membership matters. We asked a simple question: how do we make that investment work even harder for you? 

The answer is a refreshed membership model with five clear tiers and stronger built-in value for your business.

Until now, membership pricing has been based on the size of your business (employee count). Starting in 2026, it will be based on where you find the most value. Every business, no matter the size, will be able to choose the tier that fits their goals, needs, and budget.

Starting January 1, 2026, new members will join under this updated tier structure. If you are already a member, you will keep your current pricing through July 1, 2026, and gain access to expanded benefits right away. Beginning in 2027, you will be able to choose the tier that provides the benefits you need at the price that works best for you when your normal renewal comes up.

Here’s what’s adding, here’s what’s not:

• Five clear tiers: Connect, Engage, Elevate, Influence, and Champion.
• More benefits at every level: Your membership will now include more tools that drive growth. That includes advertising credits, more opportunities to be profiled and seen, priority access to networking, direct access to advocacy, and better (come back) alignment with your business needs.
• Your investment, amplified: Whether you are a café, a consultancy, a construction firm, or a corporate head office, your membership dollars now reach further. You get more visibility, more access, and more influence in decisions that shape Edmonton’s economy.

What we aren’t changing is our level of commitment to our membership.  

As a member-driven, member-funded organization, we exist to create the conditions for your business to thrive. We are reinvesting in you. We are strengthening the programs, access, advocacy, and profile that your membership delivers.

In early 2026, we’ll send you a simple guide showing where your business fits in the new tier model, plus updated pricing details and tools to help you get the most from your membership. New pricing will be posted on our website in mid-December — and you’ll have the chance to renew early at your current rate before the new structure begins.

We are also hosting office hours with our Membership team at ATB Entrepreneur Centre, 4234 Calgary Trl NW, Edmonton, AB T6J 6Y8. If you would like to join one of these sessions, please email membership@edmontonchamber.com and let us know which date works best for you.
