Alberta Injury Management

Faith Grant

Tell us about your business!

We are a multidisciplinary health and wellness company that treats pain and injury from head to toe. We offer solutions for mental health issues, chronic headaches, TMJ dysfunction, acute and chronic neck injuries, back pain and dysfunction, postural problems including scoliosis in adults and children, hip, knee ankle and foot injuries including treatment for arthritis, gout, lymphoedema and peripheral neuropathy. We pride ourselves on offering treatment that is literally head to toe.

How has being an Edmonton Chamber member impacted your business?

We have owned and operated clinics in the Edmonton area for over 33 years and have been an Edmonton Chamber member for roughly 20 years. The Chamber has provided numerous opportunities to network with members, promote our business online and gain access to business support and funding organizations. I benefit from their advocacy for small business in many ways at various levels of government.

What initiatives are you undertaking to better our Edmonton business community?

Alberta Injury Management prides itself on our values (Integrity and Teamwork), the behavioural expectations of our team (our Code of Honour), and our corporate promise all geared towards making us the destination of choice for the injured and those in pain. Our key promise is that our clients feel welcome when they enter our premises, are engaged and confident when they are interacting with our service providers, and are satisfied when they leave. We work towards our clients' goals, not simply according to our offerings.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

I’m guided by four core values: personal leadership, intentionality, generosity, and fun. I believe in owning your impact, thinking clearly and acting deliberately, giving wholeheartedly, and remembering that even serious work can be done with a playful spirit. If those values resonate with you and you’re building something meaningful in Edmonton, I’d love to connect. This city grows stronger when we build together.

Edmonton has a unique business community, and we want to highlight hardworking Edmontonians with a story to tell.

Each month, we feature two members in the Business In Edmonton Magazine and take an opportunity to share their story and find out why they enjoy doing what they do. Follow along each month as we feature members while helping amplify their stories on our website and social media platforms.

If you are interested in this opportunity to be highlighted as a Chamber Member, please complete our application form.

*Please note: application does not guarantee feature.
