We conducted surveys, focus groups, and listened to feedback from members throughout the past year. This model is a direct response to what we heard from the business community about building memberships around their needs and recognizing that not all businesses are the same. 

No. At the forefront of our development was always the goal of creating more value, not taking any away. Everything you had before remains, and only new benefits have been added.  

All current members will be placed in a tier for a trial period of at least 6 months. Before your first renewal after July 2026, you can renew at the tier you were placed in or choose the tier that best fits your needs. 

This structure gives small businesses greater flexibility to choose the tier that fits their goals and budget. It focuses on business needs rather than just employee size and aims to reduce barriers to participation. 

Onboarding will remain consistent with our current process and will now include introductions to new perks and tools. 

All members continue to have an equitable voice in Chamber advocacy. Regardless of tier, we represent and advocate on behalf of the entire business community.
