Our bread and butter is supporting businesses with a variety of HR solutions, from fractional HR, project based solutions, recruitment, workplace investigations, corporate training, and payroll.

How has being an Edmonton Chamber member impacted your business?

The Edmonton Chamber has allowed us to broaden our network, access networking events, and promote our business.

What initiatives are you undertaking to better our Edmonton business community?

We support organizations with elevating their People & Culture function. This helps businesses build a more engaged workforce, stay compliant with legislation, be more efficient, and have a common sense approach to DEI that supports the local community. We work with businesses on a wide range of HR initiatives and services, including employee relations, employee engagement, compensation, workforce planning, recruitment, HR policies, performance management, HR Information Systems (HRIS), workplace investigations, corporate learning and development, labour relations, payroll, and much more.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

We work with a variety of businesses - from startups to small business and medium sized business.
