Interested in shaping Edmonton Chamber policy and priorities?
Made up of a diverse set of Chamber members, policy committees discuss and develop positions on issues affecting Edmonton’s business community. Once these positions are established, our team incorporates them into Chamber advocacy to appropriate orders of government to positively influence the impact of their decisions on business.
The influence of our policy committees reaches far beyond the city. Each year, the Edmonton Chamber has the unique opportunity to submit policies to both the Alberta Chambers of Commerce and Canadian Chamber of Commerce to be included in their advocacy efforts as well.
Our committees consist of remarkable individuals—employed by our member companies—that actively initiate positive change for businesses in Edmonton.
