Short-Term Coworking Space

Need a temporary workspace to do business?We’ve partnered with Sparrow Cowork (Gibbard Block), Homestead (Alberta Block) and TIMBRE to help get you some space at no cost! 

Apply for your chance to receive 1 of 10 monthly, single desk spaces—courtesy of the Edmonton Chamber—in the Gibbard Block or the Alberta Block from October 1 through the end of November.   

Each desk space comes with 24/7 access, meeting room access, high-speed internet, fresh coffee, and various other perks. Both of these spaces are cleaned and sanitized thoroughly in accordance with all government guidelines. 
*Note, desks are limited to the use of one person only in accordance with COVID-19 health and safety measures.

Apply for your chance to receive 1 month of interdisciplinary cowork space—courtesy of the Edmonton Chamber—in TIMBRE in November or December.

The space is cleaned and sanitized thoroughly in accordance with all government guidelines. 
*Note, COVID-19 health and safety measures are specified by TIMBRE.

Terms and conditions:

The program is open to all local small or medium-sized businesses within the Edmonton Metropolitan Region. Applicants do not have to be an Edmonton Chamber member.  

The Chamber has arranged 5 desk spaces (Flex- Desk from Gibbard and Unlimited Drop In from Homestead) in each location: 2 desks in October and 3 desks in November.

The Chamber has arranged for 1 (Coworking space) in TIMBRE in November and December.

Businesses must be licensed and must be locally owned and operated.  

Successful applicants will be contacted through email and be provided with the contact information of the specific coworking space. It will be their responsibility to arrange the details surrounding their space based on the parameters that have been arranged with each co-working space. 

The period of time provided by the Edmonton Chamber and/or the coworking space is not flexible and must be used as awarded. 

Businesses are only eligible to receive one space. If you wish to purchase more spaces or extend your agreement for the space, this will need to be done separately, directly with the coworking company. 

If a business is unsuccessful in its application, it may submit a new application based on different needs.   

The applicant guarantees to the Edmonton Chamber that any information supplied in connection with the application is accurate, complete, true and not misleading.   

Applicants will be contacted by the Edmonton Chamber of Commerce and be notified of their application status.  

This program is designed to assist businesses cover the cost of a space rental. The Edmonton Chamber of Commerce holds no responsibility for any added costs associated with your space, damage or loss, travel, etc.
