GENERAL INFORMATION

OVERVIEW

Raise your glass in a toast to an accomplished year at the Chamber Ball 2024, presented by Servus Credit Union. This signature event of the season will feature an evening of fine dining, show-stopping live entertainment and unparalleled networking and festivities.

This is your chance to connect and celebrate with members of Edmonton’s shining business community. To allow for comfortable conversation and networking, our signature event will take place in Hall D, with our main program complemented by the first of a four-course dinner.

Sit back and enjoy an exquisite menu, impactful tributes to our business leaders, followed by a night of memorable celebration. Following the formal program, we will move to the dance floor to enjoy our lineup of live entertainment.

AWARDS

As part of the formal program, we will pay tribute to both our incoming and outgoing board chairs. We will also honour the Northern Light Award of Distinction recipient and award one business who has made a positive impact in our community as part of the Community Impact Awards.

DRESS CODE

Break out your best and shine like the star you are.

The Chamber Ball 2024, presented by Servus Credit Union, is a night of formal celebration (with a dress code to match). Don’t worry about wading through snow in your finest footwear, a complimentary coat check will be available at the entrance to accommodate winter boots and coats.

ACTIVITIES & EVENTS

Guests will be welcomed out of the cold with a drink in the beautifully decorated reception area, filled by the glorious sounds of the Gus Butcher Trio, a local 3-piece jazz group.

Red and white wine, perfectly paired with thoughtfully prepared food, will be flowing at the tables and photography opportunities will be plentiful.

Once you sit down, there will be a short 30-minute program, honouring our outgoing and incoming Chairs, as well as an awards presentation to give tribute to the recipients of the Northern Light Award of Distinction.

After an elevated four-course meal, it will be time to light up the night on the dance floor as our live entertainment graces the stage.

Get ready to party! Dance the night away to the sounds of exceptional live entertainment. Our headline act will be there to get you on the dance floor and ensure the party is rocking till late.

AWARDS CELEBRATIONS

We will be awarding one business who has made a positive impact on our community. This honour of distinction will be awarded during our program. Remember to cast your nomination and submit the name of a business you think has made an immense contribution to our community here. We will also announce the recipients of the Northern Light Award of Distinction.
